I have been trying to get ahold of medical records for months. Because they don’t like me, they are refusing to give me the documents. They won’t return any voicemails or messages left.

Would highly suggest looking elsewhere for medical care. I called to make an appointment and was told I needed a referral even though my plan states otherwise. I wasted my time and money getting a referral, they then said it wasn't good enough. There are plenty of other providers that won't make you jump through unnecessary hoops just to be seen. They are not patient centered and when I pointed this out, I was told that was "correct". The office staff was rude and unhelpful. Do not recommend!
