Fui a mi primera cita médica y sí recibí mi primera prescripción. Pero lamentablemente para mis exámenes de sangre tardé 15 días en espera. Llamé más de 4 veces, la persona que habla español habla de manera grosera (creo que es un tema de idioma) y tuve que ir presencialmente. Esa fue la única manera en que me dí cuenta que mis exámenes de Sangre se habían extraviado y nadie se comunicó conmigo para decirme.

Every time I’m at this Passaic office, I always arrive on time, and they make me sit in the waiting lounge for extensive amounts of time. If I have an appointment at 1, they won’t see me until 2-2:30+. And sometimes people they know without an appointment get moved up to go first; this is unacceptable.

Very annoying company keeps spamming with calls non stop. I dont even remember setting a call for an appointment over 4 years ago (and did not schedule one). Despite this they keep spamming to this day toncomplete the appointment despite telling them I am not interested

Never in my life have I dealt with a doctor’s office that postpones appointments and mishandles scheduling like this one. I’ve now had three appointments canceled because their billing department can’t obtain insurance authorization correctly. I confirmed directly with my insurance that nothing is even being submitted on their end. The office seems disorganized, and I speak with a different person every time, each giving different information.
