The team at APEX are dedicated and really know their stuff. They took the time to understand my chronic heel pain and gave me the right support and advice to help improve it. I had a really positive experience here, it's such a welcoming environment and the set up is fantastic! The staff are all so friendly, Sin in particular was very patient with me and really took the time to make sure I understood all the preventative measures I can take to improve my condition. I walked away feeling truly herd and with a much better understanding of how to manage my injuries.
APEX is an amazing place. The staff are very knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. The programs they develop cover a whole range of motions and help to recover quickly and well. The atmosphere is extremely inviting and friendly and successes are celebrated no matter how small they are. I would recommend them to anyone needing health therapy
