Very bad experience with Dr. Parai's office. Extremely rude secretary, obviously does not care about patients. Knew nothing about the patient she was calling to make an appointment for! Demanded we be at the hospital within 15 minuets of her call (impossible) or had to wait a week just to get xray results and refuses to give them over the phone like the hospital said they would.. **Ambulances aren't even that quick to get to the hospital** have to wait a week for those results for a little boys broken foot now.
