Husband had his Lexus windshield replaced promptly and efficiently after a s mall rock chip during freeway drving turned into a crack extending halfway across the window.. Would be a 5 star review but some tape temained on the window when car was picked up - trivial but perhaps should result in a 4.5 rating.
This company is great! The whole team is professional and prompt, they respond right away and are experts in the field. Very happy with the installation and service on our door!
I had a great experience for fixing rock chips on windshield. I sent an email to ask for windshield repair. Next day morning I received their phone call to describe and book an appointment. It takes around 1hour to handle ICBC claim and finish the repair.
Great service and very professional. Repaired the glass retainer strip around our sliding glass door and did a great job. Highly recommend.
A really poorly run operation. They asked us to remove the tape the next morning at 10am. We trusted them and did as directed. The tape they used ripped the paint off our car and you can see the pry marks from the shotty job they did removing the glass. When we asked them to stand by their work they were non-responsive and not willing to help. Just a poorly run and managed operation. Consider other local auto glass repair shops before them.
