Called ahead and booked an appointment, arrived same day so they could inspect and purchase correct windshield, arrived the following week for scheduled appointment. Service was within their estimated timeframe. Gave 3 stars because they never mentioned that they wouldn't be able to hook up the safety features post windshield replacement, I only noticed they weren't connected after I drove away.
