In a world where customer service is a thing of the past, these guys are truly set apart. I was last minute shopping for a washer and dryer and showed up 30 minutes before they closed. They didn't rush me, heck, they walked me through every model they had and explained features and benefits so that I could make an educated decision. Then to top it all off I needed an electric dryer and not a gas one so they followed me to the Wetumpka store to help me load it!!! These people are thieves! They use your credit card WITHOUT authorization! They refuse to provide explanation, summary and/or itemization of all charges and payments on account, despite several requests to do so.
One of the employees went out of their way to ensure warm gas heat comfort for my children and I on a extremely cold day. Appreciate good people like you. Thank you Apex
