Apex has an attention to detail that comes from something you can’t train, and you have a tough time finding anymore- caring. Strong leadership makes a difference.
Guys are nice but it took 3 days over what they said. (Brakes and rotors) . Picked it up and the cluster was full of code lights.(they took it for another day.) 2 month’s later wheels are squealing again. Pretty frustrating to have a service van off the road for 4 days.
My uhual trailer got a flat while I was traveling through Salt Lake City. Oscar was a life saver arriving quickly and replacing the tire. The trailer lasted the rest of the trip with zero issues.
