I was part of the Summer Superhero and then Winter Warrior program that Apex run. The fact that I signed up to another program straight away should be telling ! When I started with Apex I was not a gym goer at all, suffered from a lack of motivation and was really out of shape. Their nutritional program and weight training changed my world. A VERY impressive setup I must say and a credit to the owners they’ve done a fantastic job with this. There’s something for everyone here. Im used to the old school bodybuilding gyms so I didn’t think this gym would be my kind of thing personally ..but I was wrong. There is a great range of machines and free weights ,there is everything you could possibly want to be fair. Apex Fitness genuinely changed my life! They helped me lose over 50 pounds and get fit and healthy by teaching me the how's and whys of weight loss, supporting me and pushing me in all the right ways.
