Excellent experience. Trainer was very prepared, organized and knowledgeable. The facility was sanitized and clean. I’m going to make this a stop whenever I’m in the city.
I love their adult functional fitness class. The coach makes it very specific to the individual and he has a lot of knowledge. It's a cozy environment, but I love it!
