Jesse is the kind of trainer you want. I have always struggled with finding the right trainer for me. In the past I have either been intimidated by the gym setting itself or find that after initially joining, the environment is just not for me. I completely lucked out with Jesse and Apex. My son has been attending boxing classes at Apex Fitness for two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress he’s made. The coaches have inspired such incredible drive and confidence in him — he absolutely loves going and looks forward to every session. They truly go above and beyond, not just teaching technique but building character, discipline, and a real passion for the sport. Highly recommend Apex to any parent looking for a positive, motivating environment for their child!

My son loves it.he’s been going to Apex for about 6 months, the trainers really know how to get the kids involve with one another and have fun giving and taking punches.I’ve notice my son’s boxing skills and conditioning improved a lot,and it’s very family friendly.I highly recommend it!👍🏽👍🏽

Started after major surgery to get my strength back. Been going this year and feel much better. The people there work with u where your body is able. We now have a class 2x wk for people with alements or body boblems. Mine is my back mostly . Come and join us great place for support. We all have goals posted we are trying are best to meet.
