I've been going to Apex for about 6 months now and I've really fallen in love with the place. I go primarily for boxing and have made notable improvements in my short time there. Coaches are great, as are the people who take classes there. Very excited to see how this place grows over the years - I think they've got something special going here.

I’ve been boxing for over a year and have loved every moment of training. The supportive atmosphere makes the gym feel less intimidating. I look forward to seeing how it continues to grow!

I went to this gym for over a year and loved it! The coaches are super friendly, kind, and involved with you and your fitness journey. I always wanted to come back not only for their boxing classes (which I loved), but for the lovely environment coach Steven and his team creates. Totally recommend to try it out, everyone I’ve met has loved the boxing classes they hold!

I've been coming to boxing for over a year now and just love taking Steven's classes. They are a great blend of fitness, mindset and technique. I highly recommend coming to check this place out, it's definitely a gem!

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Many classes to choose from and great friendly trainers. No gym bros here. Highly recommend!
