I signed up for a membership when I lived nearby like 2.5 years ago. Went a couple times. Forgot to cancel when I moved to north Fargo and didn’t go anymore. Eventually got a new card since the old one expired and now they are sending me to collections. I went here maybe 3 times and paid them monthly for probably close to 2 years after I stopped going. The greed is gross
Apex charged me when I had my account on hold and also won’t let me close my membership. Poor communications skills and poor customer service. I want to support local business but when the facilities are filthy it makes a person less likely to do so
