Apex charged me when I had my account on hold and also won’t let me close my membership. Poor communications skills and poor customer service. I want to support local business but when the facilities are filthy it makes a person less likely to do so
Horrible customer service, I’ve tried to cancel my membership for over 3 months now and they won’t cancel it. I’m not in any contract either. I do not recommend this gym. If others are having this issues it needs to be resolved ASAP
