I can’t recommend Apex and Jess specifically as a trainer enough. On top of just being overall an amazing human, she’s so accommodating, understanding, and knowledgeable. I have a guide dog in training and she’s always been wonderful allowing her to come to my sessions which allows me to fit sessions into my busy schedule. The gym is always such a fun and clean environment, it’s a great place to work out.

Apex is amazing - a local, community feeling combined with amazing trainers and group classes. You might go in thinking you won't see results or be inspired but every time you step foot in there you will be driven to give 10/10 effort. The community classes once a month are a great way to orient yourself to the gym, and it's super affordable with a great class schedule. Definitely an asset to the LI gym community!

Amanda and her staff have been awesome. They are very welcoming, knowledgeable and care about not only your physical goals but also your personal goals. I hadn’t lifted in over 2 years and they have motivated and reminded me how why I loved this in the first place. The community of people that go to her studio have been wonderful and I always leave happy that I came. Ty Amanda!

Tried contacting so many times to take a class such poor communication. Like I csn guarantee you I will be contacted immediately after leaving this post. Like but why do I have to leave a 1 star review in order to come and try the gym like I cant you how upset this made me this gym needs better management
