Love everything about this gym! The trainers, the people, the environment, all around amazing. I can always count on the coaches to push me further than I ever would on my own and the results over the last few months have been incredible! Excited to continue my journey here!

I’ve been going to Apex for a few years and I still love it as much as I did when I first started. Amanda and her team of coaches are amazing - they encourage you, they challenge you, and they push you further than you think you’re capable of. I highly recommend it - you will be not disappointed!

I can’t recommend Apex and Jess specifically as a trainer enough. On top of just being overall an amazing human, she’s so accommodating, understanding, and knowledgeable. I have a guide dog in training and she’s always been wonderful allowing her to come to my sessions which allows me to fit sessions into my busy schedule. The gym is always such a fun and clean environment, it’s a great place to work out.
