Great initial experience. Amanda the owner was great but I’ve been trying to get my private training sessions accommodated (already paid for) for over a year now. I had a life event come up and couldn’t do it in one go. I was never told by trainer that there is a time limit to when sessions can be made up. I’ve been going to Apex for a few years and I still love it as much as I did when I first started. Amanda and her team of coaches are amazing - they encourage you, they challenge you, and they push you further than you think you’re capable of. I highly recommend it - you will be not disappointed!
