I have been exercising with Maddie 2X a week since the summer or 2019. She is GREAT ! I have lost weight and she has helped me so much in recovering from an injury. The gym is wonderful ! I look forward to going there every week !!
We have known Scags, Maddy, and John for a number of years . Their new gym is spectacular , all new state of the art equipment, clean as a whistle, and great little locker rooms. These three are really fabulous trainers. They are knowledgeable , work you hard, and are really fun to be around. Going there is a great experience ,and Cecily and my improvements in fitness have been awesome.....Gordie Grand
