The place is amazing. Everything is new and cleaned. The staff is very professional. They are a full service health fitness place. David is well knowledgeable instructor. They have many pieces of equipment which I call hi tech, such as shape scale. My wife and I came here looking for personal trainers and we got the best. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to get in shape and be healthy.
