I hired Frank Burch of Apex Fence Co in Salisbury, NC the first week of January 2020. I drove up to North Carolina from Florida to get a fence contractor. It was for a fence for my dad who is sick and disabled, so it was important for me to make the most of my time up there and get someone we could trust.
