Green Township Office - First visit to this office. Eyeglass prescription was written up but for what ever reason I had to stop back at the main desk. The person took everything, proceeded to set up an appointment for 1 year later but didn't return my script. The following day I phone twice never received any real response. Office CLOSED for the day without any resolution. I have submitted a written message through their ignorant portal and now we wait to see how long for them to respond. The staff is very professional the doctor was great I never had a thorough examining like examination like that before I love the up to date experience thank you Cincinnati Eye institute.
I have received excellent care from the first phone call for an appointment to every test, follow up and pending surgery prep. Dr. Marlene Azar, MD is great, very easy to talk with, she is precise in her explanations, and I'm sure my surgery will go well. Thank You.
Thorough and Dr Azar was great. Want to give Angelica a nice personality and a high mark too.
