5 weeks, still waiting on new glasses that I was was told would take 2 weeks. They give no updates. RED FLAG
Horrible communication between patients and office locations. Bad attitudes, not helpful, wastes time all the time.
Again, one yr later and still over booking. Its baffling it can't be corrected. As we sit in waiting area, we are not alone. There are elderly waiting hours and hours for a apt. I'm not talking 1 or 2 hours, I'm talking 3 and up! Smh. Some of us travel a hour away or more and to wait 2 to 3 hours is ridiculous. This review has nothing to do with the incredible great eye doctors who i feel sorry for having bookings like this. CEI you can do better.
Dr Kumar has been my eye doctor since she did my cataract surgery several years ago. I recently met Dr Bisig, who did the follow-up after a laser procedure. Both doctors and their staff are very good and friendly.
