Our guests LOVED the LED dance floor - it was so much fun for all ages and definitely changed the energy of the room!!! So glad we found James and the team for this addition to our wedding. We could've danced all night!
For the last two years we have used James and the gang for our gala needs. They are so responsive and helpful especially in making sure its in my budget but something that works well for our needs. Thank you guys!!

I was impressed by the staff who showed great professionalism, were very responsive and reliable, and answered all of my questions quickly. I highly recommend this team. 5/5 stars – We hosted a Pride Book Fair, a celebration of LGBTQIA+ literature with authors giving talks on stage. We rented the stage from Apex Event Rentals. After doing thorough research, we found them to be the best event rental service in Texas for the most reasonable price. Working with them was a breeze throughout the entire process.
