His team showed up and quickly executed their setup, while keeping me informed and aligned with the decisions on the position of the stage and dance floor. Excellent experience with Apex Event Rentals for my niece’s wedding, from the lighting and DJ equipment to the absolutely beautiful dance floor. Coordinating everything from South Florida to Houston, Texas was seamless. Communication with James was outstanding throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend James and his company. Their service, responsiveness, and pricing were excellent. Truly the best of the best.

James was very patient with our many questions and changes, his team was timely and made sure they were there right at 10pm for breakdown. The stage and aisle were stunning and the LED dance floor was so fun for our guests!
