They don't seem to answer their phone when you call. I don't get it.
Top 3 things I loved: 1) The professionalism of the staff – they were courteous, knowledgeable and responded quickly to every question. 2) High quality event equipment rental, 3) Seamless on‑time delivery and set up – everything was ready exactly when we needed it. I would definitely use Apex Event Rentals again for any event.
I rarely write reviews, but for this company I just had too. Not sure about their product, but they have absolutely awful communication. Not sure if it’s picking a choosing what seems of most value to them, but they sure make you feel like it. I reached out on January 30th for a quote for my wedding to get draping for my venue. Top 3 things I loved: 1) Their professionalism from the initial call to the delivery and setup 2) The high quality of the party equipment rental, especially the sound system rental and lighting rental 3) The friendly and knowledgeable staff who arrived on time and handled everything smoothly. Apex Event Rentals made my event stress free and the professionalism really stood out. I would definitely choose them again.
