Edit: as of March 2024 Ktistin Dobry is no longer with Apex ENT per Apex ENT. Because of this, I strongly recommend staying far away from this place unless you personally like Dr. Shapiro. While I was at the receptionist office, Dr. Shapiro made off putting jokes that were not funny, that clearly not only made his staff uncomfortable but also myself. HORRIBLE doctor!!!!!!! Do not come here, AWFUL. I’m 21 years old and I brought my mom with me since i’ve had a lump outside of my ear for months that’s been scaring me. I made a appointment to get the lump checked, the second he comes into the room he was being rudely sarcastic towards me. Saying i’m overreacting so on and so on.
