Harry may be the worst structural engineer I have ever seen. Estimates were insanely off. Termite damage was everywhere and overall structural was disaster only for minimal amounts to pay. He made us pay 980 dollars for him to be there for 30 minutes and have an “associate” check out termite damage(later finding out he just used him for a free quote and no affiliation. Don’t go to these people.
