Run away as fast as you can. Apex energy solutions is a scam. They sell a terrible product made by an outside company (Alside) which are then installed by a random group of contracted workers who have nothing to do with either of the other companies. There is a reason why Apex has lost their accreditation through The Better Business Bureau in Ohio. The windows are pure garbage. Strongly advise you look elsewhere while window shopping. We went with Apex instead of the people we used previously because the product seemed to be better for only a small increase in cost. How WRONG we were....definitely should have contacted the previous company. The installation process for this company was a nightmare. If you are considering using Apex Energy Solutions for your window installation I would say that is NOT!! a good idea. We are still waiting for them to make the amends that were promised because of all the issues we had with our window installation. The first problem happened during the original installation of the windows where they took the windows out before they measured to learn that they were the wrong size. Very pleased with our new APEX windows that were installed in December! From the sales team to the crew that installed our windows, we were impressed by their professionalism. We are already noticing a difference in the temperature of our home inside despite the weather being so cold outside. Would highly recommend APEX to folks looking for a good product at a more affordable price.
