After researching several window suppliers, we found that Apex offered the highest quality in both design and construction. The installation process was efficient—taking two days to complete the interior work and part of a third day to finish the exterior. UPDATE: I finally received the patio door but again issues with the lock/handle. But the project mgr came and took a lot of time over 2 days to get it fixed. However, the manager, Andrew, wanted to give a very small refund for all the issues but wanted me to sign a non disparagement so I would not pubicly let others know of my disappointment. Andy Dangler was a great guy to work with. He explained the product very well and the window price was very competitive. The window was also made better than their competitors with better features. The install went smoothly and the guys were very professional. If I'm in need of new windows or doors again, I will call Apex! Update December 4, 2024: It's cold out now and I've observed some concerns that I'm hoping can be resolved appropriately. 1) I'm still waiting for my half moon replacement window. We love our windows. High quality and very efficient! The install team was very professional and courteous. We had a couple of untimely hiccups with our order, but the team made it right and in the end provided a positive experience!
Really happy with the great service we’ve received from Apex. Windows were priced reasonably, install went smoothly and communication with the team has been extremely easy.
