Run away as fast as you can. Apex energy solutions is a scam. They sell a terrible product made by an outside company (Alside) which are then installed by a random group of contracted workers who have nothing to do with either of the other companies. There is a reason why Apex has lost their accreditation through The Better Business Bureau in Ohio. The windows are pure garbage. HORRIFIC!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!! Never completed the job, now trying to collect final payment. Hung up when i tried to explain why it hasn't been paid...PER CONTRACT. Final payment due "UPON COMPLETION"....2 years later not completed. BEWARE !!!!
UNFORTUNATELY ANOTHER UPDATE: The windows were recalled. They finally sent some third party to inspect and repair. But now a window doesn't open. After many calls back and forth with Apex and third party, they sent two guys who didn't speak english and were frustrated and said Apex order an entire new window and no one has called me and it's been two weeks. I called and now calls only go to a vmail. VERY FRUSTRATED! UPDATE: I finally received the patio door but again issues with the lock/handle. But the project mgr came and ... read more
Andy Dangler was a great guy to work with. He explained the product very well and the window price was very competitive. The window was also made better than their competitors with better features. The install went smoothly and the guys were very professional. If I'm in need of new windows or doors again, I will call Apex! There were concerns that were addressed appropriately. This company stands behind their work and if you don't like something they will work with you to fix it.
After researching several window suppliers, we found that Apex offered the highest quality in both design and construction. The installation process was efficient—taking two days to complete the interior work and part of a third day to finish the exterior. The result is a clean, polished look, with all wood sills neatly covered and beautifully finished. The installers were professional and friendly throughout the process.
