Came to our door uninvited during dinner time and rang despite the clear "no soliciting" sign. Salesman claimed not to be selling anything, and did not take polite indications that his presence was unwelcome. This is the surest possible way to tell me that I want nothing to do with you or your product. Train your sales people to respect no soliciting signs, and to be truthful with what they are there to do: sell the homeowner on a product.

We had an amazing sales experience with Caulin. He followed up after a couple years and the timing this time was perfect. I was genuinely impressed and relieved with the whole process of being sold on windows (I don't like being sold to lol). Caulin was very flexible and patient, absolutely zero pressure to buy. Bad sales gimmick, bordering scam. I was selected as a "promotional house" with the promise of a 58% discount if I left reviews and let them take pictures. The total with discount was almost $80K, meaning the "typical" price is $185K, which is outrageous. I also only have 30 windows and Derek tried telling me I have 60. When I asked to see a breakdown of windows, costs, and applied discount, I never got a response. I met with Derek last month on the potential to get new windows to replace our original windows from the 70's. Form the minute I started working with him, I knew that Derek was the partner I wanted to work with on this project. He was kind and knowledgeable.
