I don’t often write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Our project with Apex started off well. The sales process was clear, and everything moved forward smoothly until the installation stage. On installation day, three issues were apparent: 1. Two large windows had mismatched top and bottom frame colors (1st picture) 2. The grid patterns between the top and bottom sections did not align, as we agreed to in the contract. Had a fantastic experience with Apex! Cymande, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable and professional. He even came by after the install to check in, which is great customer service! Brian and his install team were quick, clean, and did a top-notch job. We replaced old aluminum-frame windows with broken seals, and the new triple-pane windows are amazing. Huge reduction in road noise (we live next to Roberts Rd), and we noticed right away that our A/C is holding better, especially helpful in this July heat. Highly recommend... read more
Came to our door uninvited during dinner time and rang despite the clear "no soliciting" sign. Salesman claimed not to be selling anything, and did not take polite indications that his presence was unwelcome. This is the surest possible way to tell me that I want nothing to do with you or your product. Train your sales people to respect no soliciting signs, and to be truthful with what they are there to do: sell the homeowner on a product.
We had an amazing sales experience with Caulin. He followed up after a couple years and the timing this time was perfect. I was genuinely impressed and relieved with the whole process of being sold on windows (I don't like being sold to lol). Caulin was very flexible and patient, absolutely zero pressure to buy.
