In January 2025, I contacted Apex Energy Solutions sales representative Derek Brown regarding a cracked window that was under warranty. At that time, I was informed the replacement would take approximately 4–6 weeks to arrive. After the initial 6-week period passed, I reached out to inquire about the installation date.
