Cymande upheld the most astounding customer service throughout the sales process. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and was notably prepared for everything we threw his way. The finance process was easy and the timelines well defined. I would highly recommend Cymande as a sales representative for anyone in need of new windows.
Bad sales gimmick, bordering scam. I was selected as a "promotional house" with the promise of a 58% discount if I left reviews and let them take pictures. The total with discount was almost $80K, meaning the "typical" price is $185K, which is outrageous. I also only have 30 windows and Derek tried telling me I have 60. When I asked to see a breakdown of windows, costs, and applied discount, I never got a response. I met with Derek last month on the potential to get new windows to replace our original windows from the 70's. Form the minute I started working with him, I knew that Derek was the partner I wanted to work with on this project. He was kind and knowledgeable. He was patient with the myriad of questions I asked. He walked us through the process from beginning to end. We are very excited to have Derek and Apex working on our window replacement project.
I met with Derek and it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable, listened to my ideas and concerns and offered many options and alternatives to what I want to accomplish. Highly recommend!!!
Derek was awesome!! He came into our house and we were pleasantly surprised. Instead of a used car salesman type, derek quickly felt like a friend. He was knowledge and respectful and helped us make the decision which was best for us. At no point did he pressure us into a purchase. His presentation was very convincing and if the windows are as nice as Derek, you can’t go wrong!
