All around great customer experience. The installers were extremely professional and courteous. Our old windows allowed so much heat and living in Florida the A/C unit couldn't keep up. I am amazed at the difference, the upstairs is cool for the first time. The previous owners installed a separate A/C unit in our mother in-law, we turned it off. We also feel a lot safer now because have impact resistance windows for hurricane season. I will refer all day long!
We had our windows replaced by Apex and had a great experience from the ground up. Sales team through installation - all professionals. The windows have been in place almost a year now and no complaints. They are nice to look at, easy to clean and seem to do their job as intended. We haven't had a reason to use the hurricane shielding yet (thank goodness).

If you are looking for new windows I absolutely recommend Apex. Windows are of the highest quality. Everyone is very professional and the installation crew went over and beyond. There were never any surprises. Their communication is excellent. If you need to update your windows then Apex is definitely the way to go!
