Just facts. They've replaced 1 window at my mother's house (who is 78). This is the damage that was done to the interior of the house. After that emails and calls went nowhere. No one came to fix anything. Keep that in mind if you are considering this company. This picture shows results.

I had a phone consultation first referred by a family member. The rep Spencer was very pleasant and listened to my concerns regarding our windows. I setup an in person meeting and received the same very pleasant young man that I spoke to over the phone. He explained everything in detail. It was not a pressured over bearing consultation. Long story short, we were sold. We will be making a purchase. Thank you!
UPDATE (sadly) Still like the windows, and am definitely seeing a savings in energy from my old windows. However, when I signed up, I was very clearly told that I would receive “Screens for Life”. With 3 cats and a young dog, this was a very attractive selling point. The cats have a tendency to scratch the screens and, on occasion, the dog will jump up on one, leaving a pull.
