They are horrible would never use again. Not only were we promised energy efficient windows that qualify for the tax credit and they were not. When they finally told us we were misled about the tax credit, they told us they'd send us a check for $600 to make up for it. Over 1 year later, we're still waiting. The quality of the windows are subpar. In over 1 year 2 windows developed cracks. They don't stand behind their work, they lie, and they don't have a problem lying to your face.
9/2026 UPDATE: In my original review, I said I would update it to 5 stars once all of the issues were corrected. I am updating my review, but unfortunately, it will not be to 5 stars. I had two windows and a bay window installed in March 2026. It wasn't until May that Apex finally corrected the issues mentioned in my original review. I was also disappointed to discover that the flooring I was told needed to be "special ordered" was actually something I could have gone to Lowe's and purchased the same day. Started out well. Windows got installed and there were some things that they needed to come back and fix. Screens didn’t fit and one window won’t open. Screens finally got fixed, after numerous phone calls the window got fixed. We then needed a number to get a tax credit for the windows, four phone calls, three emails, and a BBB complaint later, we finally got the number. The windows are nice, we did finally get all the things we needed, but it took a lot of effort on my part. Three stars due to, slow service after the sale.... read more
