I had a phone consultation first referred by a family member. The rep Spencer was very pleasant and listened to my concerns regarding our windows. I setup an in-person meeting and received the same very pleasant young man that I spoke to over the phone. He explained everything in detail. It was not a pressured overbearing consultation. Long story short, we were sold. We purchased windows and it was a smooth transaction from there. Thank you!
Another successful round of windows installed! We decided to split our window project into two parts about a year ago. The second set was installed over the weekend with the same good experience as we had the first time. Apex did a great job making sure we were fully satisfied with the work they completed before they left.
It’s still early in the process, bout our salesperson, Spencer, has been exceptional to work with. The in-home presentation was very good. Spencer demonstrated his knowledge of Apex’s products and was able to answer all of questions. He is honest about our areas of concern, perceptive of our needs and very reasonable. Apex has been by far the worse service I’ve ever received. If I could rate this as a negative , I’ll do that. We signed a contract in the spring of 2025. Services were scheduled in June 2025. In June one window arrived broken and they installed two very loose screens onto my window. We never received any follow up on these items that we’ve already been charged for. It took about 5 or 6 trips and about 5 or 6 days of us taking off work to finally install our windows and this was after 5-6 months to “order the parts”. Our windows are still not correct. The installers (who are independent from the company) didn’t want to come back again so they left the windows with us. Then we had to pay another company to install the new windows which are also not the same.
