We had 17 windows installed that costed us over $18,000. The windows had came in already damaged and we had pointed out to our install master, Mike, who told us that was normal and they would do a final walkthrough to make sure everything was all good. Mike had never done the final walkthrough and never fixed any of the damages. He came by once to try to fix the weather stripping but only gave us a temporary solution that only lasted us 2 weeks. He came and gave a detailed explanation of Apex Windows and provided a quote within an hour of his arriving. So nice to have a quote so fast and efficient. And a quote for a quality product that beat others quotes I received.
We initially had a really good experience with the sales rep, which is what made us use this company. After we signed the documents, communication fell off the map. We didn’t hear from them for weeks, they had no voicemail set up and didn’t respond to emails or calls. Someone finally answered the phone (months later) and was like “oh yeah, your product is in office, we can install it next week”. If I could give zero stars I would. From the get-go it's been a bad experience. The cost was more than initially discussed, installation was significantly later than promised, install work with subpar, and we've had several issues with the doors since, but have had a hard time getting someone out here to address them. From start to finish overall communication is terrible. Go with someone else, I really wish we would have.
