A big thank you to Shane, Trevor, and their installation crews! We now have a wonderful product installed that easy to use and clean and looks great. The installers were very efficient and courteous and both Shane and Trevor were a MASSIVE help through our order and install process.

He was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to answer all of our questions while walking us through every detail, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. If I could leave a “0” I would. This whole process started back in August 2025. I was told that install would be in December. Install did not happen until February 2026 and even that didn’t go well. The wrong windows were ordered. The wrong hardware was ordered and here we are almost the end of April and the job is still not done. They were supposed to be here last Friday. Nobody showed up. After our second batch of new windows from Apex, I feel like I can comfortably say that my family is very satisfied with both the windows and the experience provided by Shane and Trevor as our contact folks at Apex this time around. We signed our contract in mid-February, and by early April, our windows were installed.
