The sales people are great, but the quality of the work and the windows- not so much. We’ve had nothing but problems and the customer service is non-existent. When you call the company, it goes straight to a hold queue, then a voicemail- and no one calls back. No one returns emails either. Trying to set up a service appointment for one of the windows that won’t open - again, these were installed one year ago. Ridiculous.
Just had Mark come through the house for our window measurements. Super easy and fast. Can't wait for the next step. Everyone at Apex has been very nice and easy to work with so far!
Started out well. Windows got installed and there were some things that they needed to come back and fix. Screens didn’t fit and one window won’t open. Screens finally got fixed, still waiting after numerous phone calls to get the window fixed.
Anthony Yario came to take our measurements and to do the sales pitch. It was a well put together presentation and he gave us a lot of information to base our decision off of. We are looking forward to working with Apex for our new windows and patio door.
Apex is a wonderful company! Getting new windows and I’m so excited! Anthony Yario is a top notch customer service professional.
