7/11/25 UPDATE Unfortunately, post installation has not gone as desired. We were originally told it would take 4-5 days for installation. They sent 2 guys for 35 windows on a 3 story house, so it took 2 weeks. Fine. It was not an easy job. During installation many, we noticed 17 windows have a prominent “frown,” where the bottom of the windows drop in the corners. Very noticeable when the bottom window is slightly open. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. We have been working with Apex for nearly a year now and still don't have a finished product. Our initial install was in Nov 2024 and was left partially unfinished with one of our concerns being the fact that the side window grid lines didn't align with the center window grid lines. Perhaps minor, but when you pay experts to do a job, you expect it to be done correctly and should be happy with the end result.
