The experience leading up to the completion of the installation was positive. The windows themselves are great. Unfortunately, the installation left us with a punch list of about a dozen items that we shared that needed attention. No argument on the punch list from Apex or their installer during the walk-through. I purchased 22 replacement windows in early Spring of 2021, in Jacksonville, FL. We were told by the Sale Representative that APEX is different. They would be with us during the entire process and that they communicate with their customers. There was literally no communication unless prompted by texts, emails or phone calls by us. It took 6 months for the installation and we are still not finished (December 2021) as one of the windows has been broken twice now during the installation process.
