Dr. Leung and his staff were kind, professional and very efficient. It didn't hurt that Dr. Leung has a very nice bedside manner, he's friendly, funny and very clear with his explanations. My root canal was almost painless and I felt very well taken care of.
I was referred by my dentist to check my root canal at this specialist…Dr. Leung was nice. I asked how much for the root canal he said $2000. I left and called to make an appointment. The receptionist was an old woman and when I asked to make an appointment she said I’ll call u back and let u know how much it’s going to be. I told her I already talked to Dr. Leung and he said it’s $2000. She then told me he’s not allowed to tell you how much its gonna cost. I hesitate to describe a root canal as pleasant but this experience was. Dr. Leung was informative and funny, which was calming throughout the procedure. The staff were friendly and efficient. I hope to never require another root canal but I'd happily return to this clinic if I did.
Very thorough and shared detailed description of problem and resolution. Kind and also humorous.
Root canals are awful. This guy is professional, capable and took care of business. I hate the experience and have stress, but Dr. Leung assured me and assisted me through the whole ordeal. 10/10. Root canals are still awful, but with his help, I made it through.
