Waited for root canal apt which was time sensitive because I already had a temp crown. Showed up on time ON MY BIRTHDAY. Had insurance and forms completed, only to be informed that because my spouse didn’t answer the phone two hours prior when they called, they cancelled the apt. Of course, they offered to take my money anyway and have the dentist visit with me, but refused to do the root canal. EDIT: Once the doctor was told I left a bad review, he phoned to dispute it.
