Great experience from start to finish; I’ve had root canals before, Rena explained everything to me. The doctor was amazing. Explained everything in detail and he had the latest greatest equipment which I really appreciate it was quick efficient. I didn’t feel anything outside of a little vibration. I spoke to them yesterday afternoon. They scheduled me first thing in the morning, five stars across the board
Called this morning in regards to scheduling an appt for my MIL. The receptionist was extremely unpleasant. Being that my MIL is a reservist, theres a few more hoops to go thru, but the receptionist was very clear that it was not gonna happen. I understand as most of us do some offices can or can not take patients due to insurance however the rudeness was not needed. A wonderful experience from start to finish! When I called to schedule my first appointment, I was super lucky that they just had a cancellation, and got me in the next day! I went in for a root canal evaluation, and unfortunately I did need one. However, it was a completely painless procedure! Going in I was very nervous, as we’ve all heard bad things about root canals. Needed an emergency root canal. Dr. Rastogi got me in the same day. Procedure went smoothly and a year later no complications.
Dr. Rastogi is a phenomenal doctor. I was blown away by his chair side manner, patience, compassion, and attentiveness to ensure all my questions were answered.
