I got a referral to see this doctor and the receptionist was not wearing a mask when she returned to the desk. When I inquired to why she wasn’t she said she was vaccinated. I mentioned that there is a mask mandate in Illinois and she replied that the doctor didn’t wear a mask so why would they. I saw the doctor walk by not wearing a mask. She then told my referring dentist who inquired why they weren’t wearing masks that she had removed it to eat and forgot to put it back on. Dr. Poulson and his team are great at what they do! I've had multipule root canals and each has been a pain-free experience. (It's true!) Dr. Poulson even anesthetizes without me feeling a pinch. And as if performing the precision work of root canals doesn't exhibit enough skill on it's own, I've challenged him with surprise tooth anatomy including hidden extra roots and hook-shaped twists.
