I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Apex Endodontics was one of the worst I've ever had. I brought my 11-year-old daughter in because she was in severe pain and needed a root canal. Instead of showing compassion or helping to calm a frightened child, we were treated with a complete lack of empathy, patience, and professionalism. Dr. Barsemian is a truly outstanding endodontist. I (unfortunately) have had to use him on three occasions over the past two years for multiple root canals, including one that he later confided in me was extremely aggressive, and on each occasion, from the simple straightforward to the most complex, he provided the same high level of care. It is a blessing to have a doctor like Dr. Barsemian. In addition to being the best of the best professionally, he is caring and kind. Patients naturally built a sense of trust and security upon seeing him.
Just the best. From getting an emergency appt to the evaluation and procedure a great experience. I have had 2 root canals by Dr Barsemian and found both visits to be quick and painless. They have a great staff. Highly recommend.
