My experience with the entire Apex team was excellent. We had to have an outdoor outlet installed for an AC add on and had several outlets added in a few differentrooms. Marcus, came out did his research and gathered specs. We were also considering an electrical panel upgrade. Needless to say, he worked with the city to make sure we didn't run afoul of the law. We called A.E.G. when half, only half, of our kitchens electricity went out. The electrician, Marcus, responded quickly and was able to come the same day. Marcus was very professional. He was respectful of our home and efficient at his work. He was pleasant, kind and patient with all of our questions and all of our animals. Our house is old. Not only did Marcus fix the power outage in our building efficiently and professionally, he came in after business hours to do it! Then on top of it all he spent time on the phone with me to walk me through and trouble shoot any problems we might have in the future. It was by far the best experience I have ever had with an electrician.
I am a Community Manager and found out late one afternoon a unit at one of my communities lost power and the Board could not figure out the issue. This happened during the heat wave and the resident was an elderly woman who lived alone.
