Apex is a decades long family business that employs a tight, skilled crew of W-2 electricians who have been with them for a decade plus. Perfect equation. Mike the owner answers the phones and will go out on calls which speaks volumes. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. Edgar was our electrician. We used Apex recently to replace a ceiling fan. We have a new baby and they were flexible in scheduling an appointment around our little one’s sleeping schedule. They were prompt and installed the fan within an hour. I will definitely be using Apex for our future electrical needs and recommending them to friends and family.
The entire experience was excellent— this team is the definition of professional! Communication was prompt and the experts that arrived were absolutely fantastic. They fixed my issue in minutes and were kind enough to suggest a plan for an issue I outlined about our kitchen.
