No follow through, 3 days no show. We were patient and polite, left waiting for 3 days after confirmation of each day. Words hold value with others time.
I can't say enough good things about Apex and the owner, Mark! We needed a 30 amp outlet installed. Before the appointment, our home AC caught on fire and died, I called Mark and told him what was going on. He had someone at our house the next day to install the 30 amp so that we could plug in our 5th wheel and go in there to use the AC. I can't thank them enough for making sure we were taken care of very quickly!
