Update: Called the company never received a return phone call. Unless Kris the owner has left or change of heart I don’t think there is a resolution. I also filled small claim with this company and got zero response. I dropped the case because I’m just wasting my time. But for anyone else make sure to hire home inspector to document the rebuild.
