I have had the Apex AutoLynx swaybar disconnect since Sep 2023 & they worked fine until last Saturday. Went to air back up tires & noticed the shaft had pulled out of the tube. The top of the shaft was broken off & the tube was also broken. Email support & was told they could fix & to remove & send in. They provided no address to send in & they don't have phone support. I just got off the phone with the service dept. and I am so pleased with the help I got. I installed the Autolynx disconnect and it seems that I had missed a step. They help I received went well beyond my expectations and I was so impressed with the quick response. This product is a game changer, and I will not be surprised if it becomes the standard. As an older guy with a bad knee, the quick deflator valves have made airing down a breeze.
I installed their quick disconnect links on the wrong sides of my Jeep and Apex was very responsive to my emails and was tremendously helpful in resolving my issue.
