I’ve bought numerous products from their swaybar links to deflators, air hose real, steering cooler, pump booster and their new pass through ram. Exceptional quality on everything and their customer service is second to none. I had a return that got lost for months, showed up damaged and missing parts and they still accepted it. I’m a customer for life and I highly recommend their products.
This company makes good products and i have used them for several items. Their customer support needs work, you cant call and talk to someone, you can only email them and it takes a day or two for a response each time. I had a legitimate defective item in my parts kit. Instead of trying to hear me out, they just assumed I broke the part and didn't put much effort into understanding the situation. The vibe was that I'm just a dumb customer. I have had the Apex AutoLynx swaybar disconnect since Sep 2023 & they worked fine until last Saturday. Went to air back up tires & noticed the shaft had pulled out of the tube. The top of the shaft was broken off & the tube was also broken. Email support & was told they could fix & to remove & send in. They provided no address to send in & they don't have phone support. I just got off the phone with the service dept. and I am so pleased with the help I got. I installed the Autolynx disconnect and it seems that I had missed a step. They help I received went well beyond my expectations and I was so impressed with the quick response. This product is a game changer, and I will not be surprised if it becomes the standard.
