Horrible service .Bought a lot where Ran is the design controller .He wont answer the phone and neither reply to the email .We end up paying unnecessary mortgage payment .He might be busy but he should also respect other people time. Just because of his delay it cost us about 5 months of unnecessary delay .Advise to the developers and builder .Pay someone more to get the proper service .
The first time I used them I sent plans for two similar houses and they made the mistake of sending the same files to the engineer. It was caught later due to them looking alike and it cost me time and money to fix. I decided to give them another chance with some new plans and after I sent them the plans and told them what I wanted they just went silent.
