The staff is always so friendly. Makes an embarrassing visit easier!
Visited the Lorain Office. The Staff at the office were all wonderful and very welcoming. I was seen by Maggie McKernan and she was very Pleasant, Patient and Thorough in answering my questions and concerns and didn't make me feel rushed through. Thank you Maggie and Staff.
I absolutely recommend Apex in Lorain. The staff is very friendly. I've been there a couple times and was in and out in a flash. Dr. Kaitlynd Hanna is great, and so kind! I went for a prescription refill and had a small milia on my eye that was bothering me and she got rid of it for me immediately! Definitely happy with them!
