I am so extremely pleased with the staff and services at Apex. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I don’t feel like a number at this practice because they interact and explain things in a caring and thorough fashion. I will be recommending Apex Dental to others with great enthusiasm.
I was a little nervous going to a new hygienist but with Kim I was able to relax , she was friendly and very efficient.
The whole office at Apex was wonderful. They had a text system in place to assist with my hearing issues. Theresa, my dental assistant/hygienist was up front and explained every procedure and cost, even gave me a print out of everything. Bree at the front desk got me in and out and was so friendly. And Dr Carver was thorough in going over everything and making sure I truly understood the next step before I left today. They even got a blanket for me when I got too cold. Kerri was great! She made my daughter (7) feel so comfortable and relaxed. She talked directly to her, which Carsen loved!!
