Called to see if they could come out to a estimate. He said they were booked 4 to 5 weeks out. I asked again about a estimate and he said well most of our costumers are referrals and already know what they want. I said well I know what I want I just need a accurate price. He said again most of our costumers are referrals. So the conversation ended, apparently they are so busy thru can't take anymore costumers.
