Apex Cooling and Heating installed my new hvac system this past week and I’m beyond happy with it. It’s already working much more efficiently than my last one. They arrived on time and were helpful throughout the process. They came in at an affordable price and completed great work for me.
A comfort specialist arrived to quote me a new AC unit. After inspecting the furnace and outdoor unit, he quoted me and left. Afterwords I noticed my furnace had no power. I took off the same panels he removed and noticed my safety switch had been bent out of place, causing the entire system to not function. I had to get a pair of pliers to bend it back into place so I could use my AC again. Will not be calling them back.
Scammers! These guys sent me an invoice with first deposit due April 9th and second payment due May 9th. They completed the work on April 11th, but then they demanded the money after finishing the work. I showed them the invoice stating second payment due May 9th and I was nice enough to hand them about half of the second payment the day they finished the job. They call me a few days later threatening me if I don’t pay them by May 1st!! I had to report them to MHIC. Extremely unprofessional! I would avoid those guys at ALL C... read more
Easy, fast and professional. Replaced my entire system in hours.
For the last two years I’ve reached out to Apex Cooling & Heating for issues with my AC on some of the hottest days of the year. They’ve been able to accommodate same day service and were able to fix the issues each time. My existing unit was 20+ years old and they took the time to educate me on the problem and advised I should think about replacement but they never pressured me - they allowed me to determine when I felt the time was right.
