Driving in downtown Charles town, one of your work trucks with a maryland license plate 2ER020* with a man with long hair and glasses was driving erratically. I am leaving out the last digit of the license plate for the drivers general privacy. We hired him to do a light renovation on an investment property. What should have been a quick project, turned into a nearly year long debacle! Weeks went by without any work done. No communication. His team busted the bathtub then he tried to say it was like that before. Ultimately, we had to fire him and hire a new contractor who completed the project in less than a month for a significantly more reasonable price.
