Would not recommend this company. While they were helpful in filing the claim, they never returned calls, refused to send a superintendent to the site when we requested and also refused to let us talk to one. Damaged gutters, plants and did not supervise their workers. Believe the only reason they finally corrected issues and finished the work was because we told them they would not get final payment until everything was corrected. Two months later and we are still waiting for signed warranty certificate.

The name of the company says it all. When you decide to make such a big investment - you want the best quality work for the best price. With Apex we got top quality workmanship. The crew was on time, they were courteous, and they cleaned up at the end of each work day, leaving my home just like they found it. We got proposals from 4 different roofing companies & Apex by far was most professional, courteous and made us feel confident we made the right choice all through the process. Don't do business with Apex Construction. I made the mistake of using them before I checked them out. At first glance they looked like a great company. When I meet with the salesperson Peter, I was told my roof would be done by the first of the year: this was October 2016. I made numerous calls to the company to ascertain what the status was. Having a roof replaced is a major concern for a home owner. Knowing there are so many roofers in the business, one experiences some angst about having a crew that is totally qualified and a crew that takes pride in the finished product. I am particularly interested in maintaining my home to meet or exceed neighborhood standards. My elderly mom's house was recently effected by the storm that came through San Antonio. As the manager of her household, I found out that there was a lot of damage to her roofing and gutters that needed to be repaired. We contacted a lot of local companies and was very pleased with Apex. The representative Steve that came out was very friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions. The crew was very clean and friendly and did excellent work. I was really happy and so was my mom!

I hired APEX to complete install a new roof. Talked with Peter E********** who told me that he would be the Point of Contact. Agreed and signed. APEX went to the wrong house twice to do measurements and finally on the 3rd week they came to the correct house. We scheduled work for Fri Sept 2nd but per Nolan material was not in stock and had to be ordered. I had a great experience with Apex Construction putting a new roof on my house. Customer service was excellent; Apex went above and beyond what they needed to do. We were in the process of moving and needed to have the work done quickly to have the house ready for the new owners. The employees at Apex could have told us that the timeframe was unrealistic, but not only were they confident that they could get the work done in time, they were able to complete the roof--which looks great--earlier than expected!
