I hired APEX Construction to perform a complicated repair job on my 54- unit apartment project. It involved peeling back the roofing around the perimeter of two buildings to address condensation issues requiring mold mitigation and replacement of structural framing. Harvey dealt with inspectors, attorneys, tenants, owners and some frustrating weather delays. I cannot say enough about his patience, determination and expertise on this project. You cannot go wrong with Harvey and the APEX team. Also came in under budget!
