This is a scam company. Public.com trading platform asks you to wire transfer your funds to an Apex Clearing account to make larger deposits. My bank says the wire transfer cleared however the money never arrived. disappeared. I visited the local office which of course is empty. The one service number tells you to try another department which also doesn't exist. Public.com is a large trading platform so I thought they would be trustworthy. I had an account with Flyte. Purchased $500 in Disney stock for my child. When they closed down, I filled out the paperwork to cash out. Like everyone else here, it must not have gone through. Apex charges $15/mo. I have tried cancelling any have been unsuccessful. We went from $500 to $7. What an absolute waste!

I have accounts with several different companies that use Apex Clearing House. I haven't had any problems over the two years I have been trying my hand at managing my own investments through those companies. I have had a couple of issues with one or two of those companies, nothing major, but no problem with the exceptional service Apex provides. I had the same experience with all of you. I had accounts with Loved/Flyte and they closed their service with only a week of notice. And I tried to do so but didn’t work. And all the accounts transferred to apex clearing and I cannot get a good contact info after lots of email. I couldn't even get account info without running around. I live in the overseas and it frustrated me a lot that I gave up, but since the tax seasons coming, I wanted to check.
