Dr Zach and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I was evaluated and found out what was REALLY causing all of my back and hip pains after wasting years having weekly adjustments by traditional chiropractors. He analyzed how my spine curves and aligns to determine what treatment would best suit my issues. He uses a combo of stretches like PT, adjustment (like a regular chiropractor), and traction to help relieve my pain. It truly has been amazing. I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel like I need to spread the word about Dr. Zack and his team at Apex Chiropractic. I’ve been to several chiropractors over the years who were good, but Dr. Zack is on a completely different level. I've been to many chiropractors over the last 20 years, and Apex Chiropractic is unlike other practices in that they combine physical therapy and traction instead of relying on adjustments alone.
