Trying to get a membership took over 30 minutes and still wasn’t completed. No one has a clue what’s going on, and no one seemed to care about customer service. It’s our first time here and I’m wishing I would have just gotten a day pass instead of a summer membership with how unprofessional and lack of care there is. *** I was told when I called that there was no option to start the process online for membership. It had to be in person.
