Don't book them, if you expect them to show up. I called and booked a whole house cleaning on 1/16, a week and a half ahead of time. Took the day off work and they never showed on 1/25. Called to find out what was going on and they couldn't even find me in the system. Told me they would 'try' to get to me today if they had an opening. I've opted to go with a different company that handles their customers more professionally.
