Love my Dr and all of the staff. I never wait over 10 minutes, but usually it’s less. I love that they can do most testing in their office and I don’t have to go over to the hospital. I have never had to wait for my tests. I get taken straight back. My Nurse Practitioner explains everything clearly and is so nice. I get my refills sent in same day turn around. All in all, I receive excellent care. Thank you for saving my life!
My husband and I have good experiences will Dr. Al Hadad. He has completed several stints for my husband all very successfully. He is great at explaining things so you can understand.
The staff and dr are amazing people.The staff are professional and really friendly. They explain everything to you. The dr came in and sat down with us and explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. The review that Governor Drago is terrible but if click on his profile he always complains and gives businesses 1 star
Phone nurse was VERY rude toward my wife. I understand we all have bad days but that does not give you the right to take it out on patients ESPECIALLY When she was calling to explain that due to PTSD she cannot have a particular test. Run do not walk in the other direction as this clinic.
They kept me In the waiting room for almost an hour while people who came after me went in I think they forgot me Finally, when I got in, I was in the treatment room for 45 minutes. I went out and asked him about it And after checking, I was told I was next in line When I asked them, what was taking so long they said well you can see a nurse if you want rather than a doctor. I thought that was a preposterous offer. After the length of time I had waited. So I left and haven't been back since
