Love my Dr and all of the staff. I never wait over 10 minutes, but usually it’s less. I love that they can do most testing in their office and I don’t have to go over to the hospital. I have never had to wait for my tests. I get taken straight back. My Nurse Practitioner explains everything clearly and is so nice. I get my refills sent in same day turn around. All in all, I receive excellent care. Thank you for saving my life!

Phone nurse was VERY rude toward my wife. I understand we all have bad days but that does not give you the right to take it out on patients ESPECIALLY When she was calling to explain that due to PTSD she cannot have a particular test. Run do not walk in the other direction as this clinic.

They kept me In the waiting room for almost an hour while people who came after me went in I think they forgot me Finally, when I got in, I was in the treatment room for 45 minutes. I went out and asked him about it And after checking, I was told I was next in line When I asked them, what was taking so long they said well you can see a nurse if you want rather than a doctor. I thought that was a preposterous offer. After the length of time I had waited. So I left and haven't been back since

The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable, same with the nurse. If you need refills you will have a huge struggle to get your medications. I'm not sure who is responsible for that but they drop the ball a lot. I've been out of a medication for almost 2 weeks. I've called the office twice and left messages as well as the pharmacy has called multiple times and faxed. No one has returned or calls or faxes. I would suggest going somewhere else for your cardiac needs.

I don’t want to go back. They were very uncommunicative about options and pricing. For my first test, the gentleman tech seemed very sloppy and hurt me by what I would call “manhandling.” Next, they booked me for the wrong procedure and when I got there, said someone in the office would have to call me later to fix it. I missed work and everything due to their error. Not only did no one call afterward, but the office then failed to return MY calls. Lastly, their billing options are limited to you calling a foreign number and... read more
