I messaged the company about a small issue I had with my previous wash and within minutes was contacted by Tyler. I hadn’t realized they were locally owned until then and was very happy with the quick response, kind customer service and solution that was offered. The service was quick and amazing
UPDATE: We have given them another chance and having gone twice recently: I must say that both times were good experiences. The pressure of the wash was great and took the messy NY salt off of our car very adequately. I have re-written my review and upped the star rating. Also, I’m very glad they changed how the lights function…..initially they were fun for kids, but quite obnoxious.
